Welcome to the Peak Fitness Club and Spa Application; designed and developed to ensure you maximise your time both in and out of The Peak. FACILITY: Prior to even stepping foot in The Peak, you can check which equipment is being used and ensure access to the desired equipment for your upcoming workout. You can also discover and book services, such as group exercise classes and personal training. MY MOVEMENT: Here you will find results driven fitness programs, classes you have booked, challenges you have joined, and all other activities you have chosen to participate in. RESULTS: Possibly the most exciting part of being a member of The Peak Fitness Club and Spa is that we will create structure to your training to ensure you continually make progress day in, day out. Our comprehensive member induction will identify where you and your body are right now and allow us to program accordingly to help you get to where you want to be. Your results will be tracked from the word go, allowing you and our personal trainers to monitor your progress and support you throughout your health and fitness journey. You can also track your daily MOVE’s both in and out of The Peak, encouraging you to move more each day; this experience is further enhanced by connecting to our Technogym equipment with Bluetooth, NFC or QR Code, which will automatically sync your in app program and track your training. The Peak Fitness Club and Spa app can sync with other apps such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings. --------------------------------- WHY USE THE Peak Fitness Club and Spa app? YOUR FACILITY AT A GLANCE: Within the FACILITY AREA of the app, you can discover result driven programs, group exercise classes, personal training and challenges that The Peak is running. A HAND ON VIRTUAL COACH THAT GUIDES YOU THROUGH YOUR WORKOUT: Within the MY MOVEMENT page you can access your program and be guided through the workout by a virtual in app coach. The app when synced to the Technogym machine you are using will automatically track and update your training, ensuring you progress week in, week out. PROGRAM: Following your induction with our personal trainers, you will have access to a result driven program specific to your goals, including a multitude of training variables such as strength exercises, functional exercises and cardio exercises. You will have access to a library of exercise instruction and video demonstration, further enhanced via the integrated machine display and again, tracking your results when your app is synced to the machine. A SUPERIOR GROUP EXERCISE CLASS EXPERIENCE: Take advantage of the Peak Fitness Club and Spa to easily find your favourite group exercise classes and secure your space week in week out. You will also receive smart communication to confirm your booking remind you of your appointment. OUTDOOR ACTIVITY: Continue making progress when you step out of The Peak by tracking your outdoor activity via the Peak Fitness Club and Spa app or by syncing with other apps such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings. . FUN: Most importantly, let’s have fun whilst getting fit! You can join challenges organized by The Peak, compete with friends and other members, and improve your challenge ranking in real time. BODY MEASUREMENTS: We all have health and wellbeing related goals and what better way to ensure you remain on track, than by identifying where you and your body are right now by scheduling your induction with one of our personal trainers. We will record several health related measurements such as your blood pressure, lean mass, fat mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat and movement score, allowing both you and our personal trainers to monitor your progress and support you throughout your health and fitness journey.
